BEEF TENDERLOIN ROAST

This choice roast is the most tender cut of beef available. The Tenderloin is the source of Filet Mignon. Soft, juicy and flavorful, the beef tenderloin is quite versatile from roasting it as a whole or breaking it down into steaks.



BONELESS BEEF RIB ROAST

This choice roast is similar to the Rib Roast on the bone, except the bones have been removed to make it easier for cooking and carving - beautifully marbled meat with just enough fat.



BONE-IN BEEF RIB ROAST

This tender cut of choice roast is the beef version of rack of lamb; a whole rib roast is seven ribs. We can cut a minimum of at least three ribs.



SIRLOIN SPOON ROAST

This choice flavorful cut of beef is from the sirloin and an excellent choice for slow roasting. After a long, slow cook time, the roast is tender and moist; thus the name spoon roast, as it's so fall-apart tender you can eat it with a spoon.



CROWN ROAST OF PORK

A crown roast is made by forming a regular bone-in pork loin into a circle, with the ribs pointed skyward. Tender and juicy, this presents well on your holiday table.
